Agreed re new presenter. Think Laura doesn’t really match the energy of the show but they’re trying too hard to force a persona on her. Think they need to completely change it from blonde mid aged woman to someone like Rylan for sure, even Judi Love or Alison Hammond could be fun but maybe that’s just me

Yeah they just basically wanted her to BE Caroline. They didn't change up the format. Laura had to come in do the same slow- mo strut and say exactly the same script basically.
They should have let her make it her own.
Same goes for same tit challenges year after year! Like have a bit of imagination...change it up a bit! I
ts all too predictable, staged and a lot of them have game plans and popularity awareness. They need to get back to basics, change it up or maybe just let it go if its just reached the end of its shelf life!

Just rewatching season 5 back and I’d totally forgotten that Anna re coupled with Ovie in Casa Amour and shared a bed/kissed him etc when she was with Jordan. I don’t remember her getting as much stick as Michael or Josh the previous season for doing the same! (Maybe it’s coz Ovie was )

Ovie is the most beautiful person to ever set foot on Love Island! He was gold!

This show is in dire need of some high drama. They only way they can do this is to bring back the lie detector, the publics tweets and that game where they guess which islander said what about other islanders. Otherwise, apart from the casa amor recouplings, it remains dead.
