Probably Netflix/ITV etc consider regular people too much of a legal risk -- potential SA accusations, mental health issues, hidden skeletons etc.

Not that influencers don't have these issues, but they've already "curated" their lives online which takes care of some of the producer's job, and they would be less likely to misbehave because they've got to keep their followers, plus they're more familiar with how entertainment contracts work.

That way the producers can plan the storylines and how the drama will unfold, rather than ending up with something completely unexpected.

Sounds boring.

Whew! The women are surprisingly mostly unattractive compared to the men for once. Lisa is the only pretty one for my taste which is irrelevant.

The men are mostly basic.
  • Conor and Freddie are decent looking, Richie too but may be sunglasses-fishing.
  • Bobby looks like someone transplanted a foetus head onto a man's shoulders. Let's hope this "luxury shopping guide" :rolleyes: gets paired with Priya, because it'll be a laugh to see him ask her for money on their first date.
  • Jake is smiling like he's just come off a very successful murder spree.
  • Benaiah - terrible name, terrible hair, and I don't trust a landscaper whose arms are less hairy than mine.
 
Having worked with Priyanka and knowing her family I can tell you she's very pretentious but her mum has allowed that to happen. She's spoilt at home so wants to be spoilt by men. She does like to listen to religious music but she rarely attends gurdwara and doesn't really want to be seen with sikhs/turbaned men.

She's wanted to appear on TV and applied for Love Island in the past but with the diversity push these days she's got her ticket now.

She does love bad boys and I know she was chatting to one hot guy once she met in Mayfair and strongly encouraged him to send her pics and sext messages!

Any man who refers to women by female(s) and not just woman/women is misogynistically inclined at best. We aren't zoo animals. It gives you a huge insight to a man’s mindset as it’s very incel speak.

You have … interesting taste… 🤣 Jasmine, Olivia and Sharlotte are pretty.

Freddie looks like a muppet in his pic but in the clips he looks better. The guy with the crazy smile looks alright but as you say, they’re all just basic. Conor looks up his own arse but I might be wrong and hope I am.

I looked on a couple of their instagrams and they are just wannabe influencers. I cringe when they take themselves so seriously, like editing photos of their nandos to have a moody edgy vibe 😭😂

I'm really not sure about Catherine. I thought her and Freddie's proposal was super sweet and I really liked that she pulled out of the connection with Ollie, but there's just something that doesn't feel quite right about her to me. I can't put my finger on it and I might be totally wrong lol.

Also, Sam is so many red flags. Nicole 100% made the wrong choice. He was feeling off from the start imo.

Already can't wait for next week hehe
