Louise will be SO bitter
 
I've just downloaded a sample of her first book ,don't think I'll bother with full version...why was she trying to convince us Robin isn't her..it's SO is..I used to love her videos but this new format is horrendous,first time in years I haven't finished watching her Sundays video..managed 7min..not even watching her stories no more..she's become boring..good egg my ass...I live in Northampton too,would love to see her one day and see how she is in RL ,because I don't think shed deal with some "below her"

I can’t take to her weeklies because of the Q&A she does at the end, she does it to pad the vlog out obvs but I just find it so bloody dull, unless it’s specifically relevant to you. I wish she hadn’t have messed about with it, I did enjoy her weeklies previously!

Omg at Mrs Hinch on strictly. Would be worth it to see Louise froth tho haha

I just came here to say this! Either she’s throwing us off scent but it looks to me like we all jumped the gun a bit with the pregnancy thing!

I think maybe that’s why we wanted her to be pregnant so bad as it would make her interesting again!

She doesn't even need to edit loads. Just cut things out mainly and add what day it is (even that isn't wholly necessary)

She’s definitely loving all the speculation... she’s usually very self conscious of her belly and I don’t think she would have posted this if she wasn’t expecting
 
Contrary to popular belief, pregnant women can enjoy a small glass of wine (i.e. 4 oz) 1-2 times/week in the first trimester, and 2-6 times in the second and third. Conservative alcohol consumption during pregnancy has actually been proven to decrease the likelihood of behavioral issues in children. I enjoyed a small glass at dinner tonight, myself. Moderation, and all that [emoji6]

They can't agree and the official advice is always changing.

A glass or two a week is such a tiny risk, walking along a busy road with the toxic fumes or a bag of sweets will probably do more harm and people do those without blinking.

The current guidelines are to not drink at all, and at the absolute max, no more than 1-2 units per week in any trimester. A glass of wine is typically around 2 units so 1-2 units of wine would be no more than one glass. I think the study you’re talking about is explained here https://www.nhs.uk/news/pregnancy-and-child/light-drinking-in-pregnancy/

The daily mail reported the study incorrectly so it’d be easy to read what they put (or any other newspaper that discussed it) and believe the study found alcohol is good in pregnancy, but unfortunately it’s not! The NHS websites (and other trust worthy sources) are really good for advice on this type of thing, they did another explanation of a study (https://www.nhs.uk/news/pregnancy-and-child/no-change-alcohol-guidelines-pregnancy/) and these are their full guidelines/advice on alcohol in pregnancy (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/alcohol-medicines-drugs-pregnant/).

I hope this doesn’t come across as me telling you off or like I’m preaching! I just think it’s really important to recognise that some sources of information on the internet are entirely false and that much more reliable information is available.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Maybe your baby will share a birthday with the next Baby Pentland ;)
 
Could she make the gift text any smaller? It isn't a gift from a friend, Rebecca meldrum didn't pay for it - the book publishers did out of their marketing budget.

Rebecca meldrum would make her own children walk barefoot on the streets while sharing stories and tagging shoe brands rather than actually spending any of her own money.

If a "top tier" infuencer already fabulously wealthy like Louise is being sly with the AD rules what hope is there?
