I’m just so shocked at this launch of Darcy - not that it’s happening because Louise has been preping her audience for this for a while - but how this can possibly be a good idea for Darcy herself? At this age it’s going to be fun and glamorous to be taken to events like the Nike/Next one but she can’t possibly give informed consent to having 1000s of followers, she can’t understand the full ramifications of having random adults knowing where she is going to be every night when she’s performing in the panto. I just can’t comprehend the thinking behind this move, it seems so damaging to Darcy who is still so young.

I genuinely think Louise thinks Darcy won’t do any of that because she’s been a teenager for 6 months and it’s been fine, so it always will be. L is thick as mince anyway, but this is the most stupid thing she’s ever done.

Interesting to see that the NSPCC is mentioned in the article saying ‘it’s a step in the right direction’. Really don’t see how Louise is still working with them

Louise has control of the account so can set it as public and may well already have

Nope! Typical Jonathan made it sound like she was going to a performing arts school, but in reality it's just a Saturday stage school. I wouldn't want to compare Darcy and E1's singing/acting/dancing abilities, mainly because I haven't seen much of either, but I think Darcy has had more experience over a wider range of skills. As with most things in life, the SacconeJolys do before they think!

My understanding is that teenage accounts will default to private but you can choose to open them, rather than now that start off open and have to be set to private.

That’s only a casting agency run by the same lady who owns Top Hat Theatre School. Louise is managed by Belle PR (Charlotte Belle Tobin) who is a very successful agent in London and is also a very close friend who now lives in Northampton. I’m sure the future goal is for Darcy to be signed with Belle once her profile is established.

She’s also managed by YMU Social or whatever who are Louise’s management.
 
As much as I don’t agree children (as much as Louise keeps going on about navigating teenage life, Darcy is only 13) having a public instagram account, the bigger problem here is Louise promoting it. Other than to grow Darcy’s following and push her in the direction of making money from her content, why would she share the @ on her story? It’s SO weird to me.
 
I just can't quite believe we've gone from I can't leave the girls at clubs, such as Rainbows or let them go to sleepovers. There was the hoohah with Tring that Louise made a sing and dance about.

To publicly thrusting your 13 year old into the spotlight, sharing where she goes to dance school, where to meet her at events? The mind boggles!
 
Armchair psychology here, but I'm sure Louise just sees Darcy as Young Louise getting a do-over, with her child self getting everything she wanted instead of being abused. Maybe Darcy does have stage/influencer ambitions, maybe she's just doing what she think she should be doing, but we know Louise certainly hankers for fame.

100% this! it makes me sad for both of them, we can only hope Pearl gets a less pressured childhood
 
I have just seen the stitch TikTok re saying something your mother has done that you will never forgot where she replies about her mother dying just before she was 7 before Christmas and you have to wonder what is going through her mind of late. Maybe it was just dark humour but it felt weird .
There is definite body confidence issues , the editing and slimming adjustment to her face on the picture with Darcy at the event along with other subtle edits of herself of pictures just lately

you can have anything you want if you manifest it hard enough - although admittedly, having a tit load of money really helps those wishes come true. 🙄

kinda implies her elderly aunt could easily ✨manifest✨ the local council into sorting out the clogged drains if she really wanted to her house to stop flooding. the fact it hasn't happened means she simply doesn't want it badly enough. 🤷🏻‍♂️
