There is a massive difference between having her living with Louise permanently and not spending time with Matt at all. Even if she goes every second weekend she would be considered staying with Louise 100%. This also wouldn’t equal to her having single custody. But it most definitely means that Louise (and Liam) make 99.9% of the general parenting decisions.
I don’t think we can conclude that she isn’t spending time with her Dad anymore. At 13 she is probably sick of moving back and forth. If she feels serious about her theatre stuff and wants to spend some time with peers it’s certainly more convenient to life with in a two parent household where your parent doesn’t have fixed work times and there is a second adult to cover. She is old enough that her preference will be followed by a judge if there aren’t any big objectives. Her relationship to her Dad should be secure enough that it will be fine. But I can see him not agreeing to change of living arrangements straight away, hence dragging it to court. If he is divorcing that’s definitely a big life change maybe even with the need to move, so not exactly working in his favour.

Sorry but I just find it so grim how Darcy has been groomed her whole life to play up to the camera and be perfectly poised at all times and the moment she turns 13 her mum puts her on a pedestal to start her influencing career

Darcy Louise answered one the Q&A “questions” about what she likes to do when spending time with her mum / dad by saying when she’s with her dad she likes eating pizza and watching Young Sheldon or whatever. So she sees her dad, but must not live with him anymore

I don't get the whole co parenting thing at all. Whether you live with them full time/part time/not at all, they're still your parent. They're still involved in your life unless you're no contact? I just think she's badly worded it and as a previous poster has written, Louise means she now doesn't have to speak with Matt

I think the saddest thing is that Louise has given enough info about her daughter that there is loads of people she doesn't know who discuss if she sees her Dad.

The other day she was complaining of really painful feet and today she mentions a painful back which means she can’t stand for long - does she ever think her weight could actually be a problem? She is only 39!

Apparently once a child reaches 11 their opinion is taken into account in court. My brother is having to get a court order to sort out the co-parenting with his ex because she is a narcissist. I hope it does mean that the arrangement with Matt and Darcy is less rigid rather than her not seeing him at all. But it wouldn’t surprise me if Darcy is swayed by the possibility of the influencer lifestyle that Louise is promising her and I also think Louise is capable of manipulating Darcy into distancing herself from Matt.
I can’t wait to see Louise trying to manage Darcy’s pantomime schedule. She can’t manage anything more than lying down in her soft office!

I'm kinda surprised she hasn't got on the ozempic or one of the other drugs that's all the rage for losing weight at the moment. because she is way too lazy to actually get fitter to lose weight.

She has included Darcy’s instagram handle in the Nike / Next story about there trip to London for a social event . Followers are now over 4000
By allowing her to attend such events and no doubt more to come she is gambling on Darcy having the mental capacity to not become embroiled of the dangers of life in a public forum at such a young age with social media way worse than say the stage/film/tv.

It makes me sick. Louise knows she’s sending over thousands of adults to follow her child. It’s not as if Louise is followed by a bunch of tweens and early teens. None of Louise’s followers are following Darcy to be influenced by her teen life. They’re following just to watch her. How horrendous?? I also saw people asking how they can get tickets to go see Darcy in the panto she’s performing in this year—full grown adults asking Louise, who is enthusiastically answering. My skin would be crawling as a parent!! I don’t get it at all.

Im watching her account with increasing horror and concern. She should NOT be exposing a young teenager to social media in this way. End of. The way Darcy adopts such over the top poses in every photo is disturbing IMO, it’s just not healthy.

Hard agree, where is this “aesthetic” side of influencing that Darcy talked about wanting to do? She’s posting just like her mum, who is simultaneously an old woman and a child.

Echoing what everyone’s been saying, but it’s so icky to me how much she’s pushing Darcy’s Instagram. Fair enough if she has an instagram account, but the constant tagging and encouraging people to follow is really weird. The majority of her audience is 20+ so who actually wants to see life through a super privileged 13 year olds eyes?
