The outfits are so very young looking, aimed much more at Pearls age. If they were more middle of the road it wouldn’t be so jarring but the toddler heart print raincoat, the over the knee legging shorts that wouldn’t be out of place in an older baby range and dresses in the style that a 5 year old would pick for a party just look really off. You can buy age appropriate but still nice clothing for preteens, particularly when you have the disposable income Louise has, She always seems desperate for things to appear Instagram perfect and Darcy wants to please her mum.

The reel of Darcy pretending to be excited is EXACTLY the sort of thing that people her age will use against her to bully her. I’m sorry, it is fine for kids to be immature and childish for longer than 5 years, my sister played with Barbies til 14 and that is FINE. But it’s the sort of thing that unfortunately you can’t put on social media and tell people at school about because kids can be brutal and bullying isn’t a joke it’s serious. She will label us trolls but she’s the biggest troll of all for posting this footage of Darcy when she knows she’s too old to be behaving this way. It is concerning.

You’ve got Jonathan Joly on one hand who has been insisting his 10 year old is a teen since she was 7, but I’d honestly argue this is equally as damaging to a child.

Aw, I’m not a frequent follower of Louise (was back in the original ‘era’ with Zoe etc) and it’s sad to see Darcy in that situation.

She’s clearly being forced to match her sister and it does come off childish, knowing how other girls in year 8 are dressing.

That’s the age they really get into choosing their own clothes and developing their own style, it’s a shame she has to miss out on that, plus the fact kids can be downright evil at school! Louise is setting her up to be singled out and bullied, let her be a 12yo! 😠

Only just come across this photo, sorry if it’s already been mentioned but this one takes the biscuit. Why is Louise still buying her clothes from seemingly the young children’s section? The dresses are bad enough but my god.

oh wow, i hadn't seen that reel! the matching outfits with her five year old sister was cringe enough for a 12 year old, and undoubtedly will cause bullying amongst her peers - as will the fact she introduces herself as "Louise Pentland's daughter" as though she is an A-lister celeb 🙄 - but that bouncing around and waving her hands pretending to be excited was awful! Pearl's "acting excited" was far less cringe, seemingly more natural and not all the faux glee and leaping around like an excited toddler, way too over the top! the dramatic, stage school-esque performances in every reel are awful and will result in teasing. Louise is doing her no favours, plastering these reels all over the internet. 😔
