Giving out about the creche again!

Her main concern seems to be getting him back to creche and not the fact that he was diagnosed with asthma.

She keeps going on about work but really what does she do now? Her husband was able to take her son out for an hour mid morning so do they really need childcare? She seems intent on just getting him out of the house despite admitting that his cough is worse outdoors.

She could also do her “ work “ which to me seems like accepting gifts when Gordon is at home. Honesty, covid has taught me that parents think crèche and school are partially responsible for the upbringing and minding of kids. just enjoy the snuggles when they are small.

Louise is a dose and I unfollowed her ages ago. Thought her kids were in the RTE crèche, wonder how that works now with her not there anymore.

I hate to be the one to break it to you but crèche IS for minding kids or else I’ve been dropping my child to the wrong place for 3 years now 🙊 love the cuddles as much as any stay at home parent but gotta keep a roof over my child’s head too so mamas gotta work. Obvs don’t send her in sick, but outside of that yes crèche is a child minding service, a very expensive one at that.

I do like Louise. I think she liked the idea of having babies and having kids more than the reality of actually having to deal with them and raise humans afterwards. Because, let's face it, if you regret having children, you are sort of stuck with them aren't you? She had a troubled childhood and maybe she thought she could do things very differently from how she was raised, but she seems very unhappy. I imagine being left go and having to grind to pay bills doesn't help this either.

Not to pry but has she discussed her childhood?

I do have sympathy for the having to sleep on the floor of the kids room thing.

My last didn't sleep through until 2.5 and I spent half my life on that carpet. And obviously even after that any illness would still cause wakeups. Creche is an absolute lifesaver when you're wrecked tired. You're zombiefied.

It's not that I hated my kids or regretted them. But I found those years fairly horrendous and wouldn't apologise for that. It's a lot nicer nowadays!

I feel she's still in the period where the hard parts are more prominent and it's OK to not enjoy all of it, and express that.

She'd be the first to be call out white privilege but she must have zero self awareness. She gets free makeup, free beauty products, free expensive candles, free jewelery, free food, free clothes, free clothes for her kids, free booze, free Christmas tree,a free electric car to advertise, what else have I left out? And she's complaining that she has to look after her sick kid at home and can't work, which entails advertising said free products on Instagram even though shes never off Instagram anyway to complain about said kid. As for her never having time off, she's just back a couple of weeks from a girls trip to Portugal just after a fancy hotel weekend stay for a wedding. Get a grip.

Free house painting (I think), and free landscape gardening, that she got a slap on the wrist about 😬

I think influencers lose perspective eventually, you'd be bound to, given the amount of items/services they get for free.
Any inconvenience is magnified x1000, when you're used to getting your way the majority of the time. Louise isn't the worst of them, but there's being entitled to a moan, and then there's Louise levels. I unfollowed because of it, have a look every now and again, but you couldn't be listening to her everyday, she's a negativity blackhole 80% of the time
