I can't imagine that they have 2.5 Millions to spend on a house like the Ghost House PLUS what it takes for the upkeep! Can't see Lazy Lorna clean windows or pressure wash concrete although she would have the time given that she doesn't have a job

I’m sure it’s all sealed and whatever need to be done to have a house of that design but on the face of it looks like a nightmare to keep clean doesn’t it. And keep warm!---
But, correct me if I’m wrong I can’t be bothered to go check but 2.5 was the original list price in 2020 I think? No sale for 3 years…..IF they have bought that one perhaps it was at a knock off price cos no one else was stupid enough to buy it?

I don’t doubt that they (she with her ITS income) could afford it tbh. But just don’t think it’s that house, she’s made it too obvious posting snippets of it, surely she’s not that dumb….Yes that's possible that they sold it for less. But still, it's a lot of money.

The reason that house has been on the market for so long it’s a concrete bunker with little investment value. And wasn’t Raisin all about buying investment only

She really is pushing the suggestion that they’ve bought the ghost house - especially with that colour scheme she shared. Maybe they have? I imagine John will have had a critical illness pay out and he could well have transferred his DB pension as gilt yields are still relatively low so he’ll have been offered a decent transfer value. I don’t think it’s unrealistic that they could afford it.
But it’s Lorna and she loves to lead us on a merry dance up the garden path doesn’t she?! @lornalies
