Am I right in thinking he’s taking chemo tablets? I reckon it’s palliative chemo and it’s just to extend the time he has left. Agree it’s all very odd that he’s managed to go on holiday but having said that, she’s posting a hell of a lot less photos of him than usual. Maybe he’s holed up in the room most of the day feeling hideous. In which case, they’re both absolute idiots for going.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but I have a memory of her saying (a week or so back) that he had another 10 hour chemo session coming up.
Whatever the method, I’ve not come across a soul who could sunbathe, swim, travel, eat and drink on chemo like David Dickinson here…

You’re probably right - that’s rung a bell for me too. She’s posted today to say he’s just started his second session of chemo, but in the same sentence says it’s a quiet day at the ghost house for them. If it’s a 10 hour session then it’s IV rather than tablet, but I can’t imagine they’re paying for private treatment since it can cost anywhere from £30k to hundreds of thousands. Besides, Lorna would have a major tantrum if more money was spent on John than her. Imagine how many bags he’d owe her… 🙄

Does she even believe the things she writes? Really Lorna? A trip in Italy sitting around drinking has given him the energy for this round of chemo has it? What’s wrong with her

I’d put a crate of Whispering Angel on him not being private. I was fortunate enough to be and it’s night and day compared to a friend who went the NHS route. No waiting for treatment, appointments, results, surgery. It’s such a whirlwind of speed in comparison to months and weeks of wait times on NHS (exactly as Boozy Bev has been storying about David Dickinson).
 
I don’t think for a second he’d go NHS with all that money, and I really don’t believe she’d kick off at him spending loads on private treatment.
I think he’s either terminal or not yet started the next lot of treatment so they’ve took advantage to get away whilst they can
 
Complete and utter bollocks. They’re lying. I’ve given them the benefit of doubt too many times with this as the thought of them lying about cancer is just too much. He has not got up at 6am after 10 hours of chemo and cleaned that house, he just hasn’t. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s so far from what she’s claiming.

Also why did she start calling her house “gaff” all of a sudden in the last year or so? Nobody in Manchester uses that word on a regular basis the way she does. Only some Londoners do. Does she do it to sound more northern?
