Naaaa on the deeds I looked at there's a mortgage with "charter house financial services" so if they (Jamie 😂) put 10% down initially that's £35,000 giving them a mortgage of £295,000.

If Jamies paid another £20,000 off the mortgage in the time they've been there they'll have a mortgage of £275,000 currently.

So if it sells for £450,000, that's a profit of £175,000. Take off 15k for legal fees and the such, and Jamie will probably have made a profit of 160k so loopy will get 80 grand for doing nothing 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think she will stay with Kris rather than pay for her own roof over her head and fritter her 80k a way on buying a g wagon without a thought as to how she's going to pay to fuel it or maintain it...of course the sensible.option would be to spend that money on buying outright or putting down a large deposit on a modest normal place for her and the brat to live, she'd be set up for life! but she's thick so she won't 😂😂

Jamie is such an idiot and like others have mentioned, why did he not learn from his experience with Danielle Lloyd?

I will actually go as far as saying I dislike her. Don’t dislike her as I don’t know her or care enough.

She’s quite a nasty piece of work and has revealed her true colours on several occasions. She is living proof that you can’t get by on looks and she certainly hasn’t ended up with the life she thinks she deserves.

Baby Daddy left her and married to someone else, no proper job, needing to latch onto a man to keep a roof over her head. She goes on about her ‘modelling’ career but when she did model it was for lesser known brands like Pretty Pink Princess.

She did! Danielle's house is also up for sale atm, hers is on for 2 million 😭😭😭😭 while poor shmuck Jamie's is only 450k 😞

Danielle was alot smarter than Jamie though cos monkey man gint is nowhere to be seen on the deeds for hers. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Hahaaaaaa

If I ever have a son and he's worked hard to buy a property of his own, I'll be warning him to be careful around women like Liz and Danielle 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ and get things set up legally to ensure these type of girls can't just take a cut without contributing anything.

I reckon Danielle's shrewd as duck backed by big J dog....

She did splash where she cheated on Jamie with Dan Osborne in early 2014, then when the tables were turned and he cheated on her (cos he was never what she fancied) she seized to opportunity to rid herself of him and clean him out to set herself up for life while she was at it 😳😳😳🤦🏻‍♀️

After Splash she (I would say deliberately) never worked again for a good 2 years, so obviously when the court looked at her earnings she was eligible for a bigger wedge of child and spousal support.

Then when her higher level of spousal maintenance had been agreed to and signed off, she then started coming out with all these tit side ventures like "designed4love" makeup brushes and I'm sure she owned or part owned some sort of cryotherapy salon in Sutton Coldfield called evolve inch loss 😭😭😭😭😭

Probably she'd do the same if she ever split with Gint. All work - ketones, "independent travel agent, onlyfans - would stop so she would have less of a chance of having to give him anything if he took it to court 😂.Thats if, like someone said earlier in the thread, there's not some sort of legal agreement that in the event of a split Gint leaves with nothing....anyone who's seen the video of her parents taking her sister in law's car the week before Xmas know that even morals doesn't stand in the way of a Lloyd when there's money involved lol 😆😩🤦🏻‍♀️
