Going off her recent 'what to wear to an interview reel', it wasn't much better with those minging flesh coloured boots and skinny belt.

Would I wear a football top to an interview? No. But we don't know the scenario. As you said it could be their best top, it could be a very entry level job, it could be they are confident in their ability to sell themselves.

I work in HR and honestly I've heard / experienced some hilarious interview moments, a football top has not been one of them
