It’s nothing to do with being black, it’s the fact that her releases have been completely forgettable and mediocre. The new single she keeps teasing on Tiktok is also boring.

I get the feeling that her label are trying to push for a Raye-esque tiktok moment like she had with Escapism, hence why they won’t release Leigh annes full track and why she keeps making videos using the sound…
 
That's really crappy of her pre-empting that Perrie will be popular only because she's white. What a bleeping crappy friend. She has such a victim complex on her, it's nothing to do with your skin colour, you are beautiful everyone thinks so, your music is tit and you've got an attitude problem.

To be clear, I don’t think Leigh Anne actually said it I think it’s more of a thought that she may say it of Perrie is more successful than she is.
 
She's pissed because Perrie is already getting more hype and she's making sure the seed is planted in everyone's mind that if/when Perrie does better than Leigh, it's because she's white. It's absolute bollocks. Imagine before your friend/bandmate of a decade has even released, you are already jealous of her doing well? You should want that for her Leigh, Jesus.

This is exactly it. It’s not as though she’s not been given a chance or been pushed. I rarely listen to the radio, but when I do I hear don’t say love on there loads. She had loads of attention and fans on her side too after the fall with Jesy.
I’ve heard a lot of speculation that Leigh was the one who was the most keen for the band to go on hiatus. It makes sense considering she released her singles first. If that the case, her pride’s clearly taking a hit with how things have turned out. I’m hoping she’ll act maturely if Perrie finds more success, but we’ll see.
