the cut is too high and so unflattering on her figure. I saw tht as someone who CANNOT throw on these oversized dresses and carry them off. I've tried and my sister has benefitted. The house will be wow but so identikit of ventura. I've a few friends who've used them and its very spendy but not warm and not homelike. I'd need a few boys to move out before it would work for me personally.
 
Sorry now but Darragh is in his early 20s isn't he. He's not going to be hanging out with his mates in the back garden of his mother's house. He'll be in the back garden of mates /his own house. That garden room is never going to be used because she has no friends of her own and even if she did she spends 23 hrs of every day on her phone selling shite.

My adult kids still live at home and would bring mates around for beers and bbq. Its their home and garden too.
But agree, she's billy no mates, her an Chris Chris Chris and murph murph murph will be cooking a frozen pizza for 2 pit there.

Ah OK, probably different now so with adult children still at home. Was just thinking back to my early 20s and we only ever went to parties at friends rented houses or our own rented places etc
