I had very bad ibs but use udos oil as I find it good for anti inflamation. Loosing weight also helped hugely as to be perfectly blunt alot of my meno weight gain sat in the middle and was putting the organs under pressure.

trying to get summer clothes and holiday wardrobe sorted and to be honest I'm going to stop watching influencers. Gails rails stuff last night was awful. These girls are slimmer then me and look terrible in what they pick. Lisas black and white dress . . . how old fashioned.
 
I have no idea why desert diamonds work with her. Useless wouldn't be in it.
And as if we needed to see her leathery chest area first thing in the morning.
Crusty is away to work because he's got cabin fever cooped up with that melt.
Sort those roots and nails too, it's not like you're hard at work all day.....

If that Symprove was that good , the equally annoying money grabbing Oonagh would not need to send it free to every bloody hun in Offaly , fgs she even sends it to Gorry and Corrigan . Look at how much them freebies would cost .. It’s expensive due to giving it away free then paying the huns to advertise it . I personally believe there are many cheaper alternatives our there .. Read the ingredients and you will see most vitamins will contain the same .. I need to take iron , my doctor told me ‘no need to fork out for the more expensive brands . I am ok on the Boots brand (buy 2 one free) These deckers line Oonagh and huns are brainwashing folk .. Research research research is my motto .
Now if it works for you , great but personally not on my Nellie would I fork out for a thing that huns try to sell .. There really is a reason why she tries to constantly plug her overpriced potion ..
