Murphy's is more likely to send her a new free pair than learn anything. None of them seem to care how nasty she is or how poorly she can speak to/of the brands she works with. None of them will learn until they get burned like Jenny Glow and Ispy.
Ispy didn't know anything about Lisa doing her own fitness top until they saw her story... they're still contracted to work together. The team was not impressed to say the least.
