Lazy Lisa would be pushed with one baby or her own, let alone 2...... shes so lucky her mother is the other parent!

I think the meaning of solo parenting was really experienced by Lisa when the parents got Covid . But her experience isn’t relatable by many solo parents, even down to bringing one of the girls to CUH. There were still three other adults in the house during the night , to mind the other girl. Sorry can’t remember which one of the girls was brought to CUH!

It must be tough with 2 babies to look after but the rest of the family will be feeling the same, it would be terribly selfish to expect them to stay home with the twins while she buggers off for a sleep & breakfast in bed.

No it doesn’t. It’s the same chance weirdly. She had no history of miscarriage, no history of any conditions-her reason for a fertility clinic was because she was a single mam by vhoice. Shame on Sims

I always thought it gave you a better chance. That’s interesting. As a matter of interest, was there also a risk of 2 babies becoming 3 or 4?

Ya the risk is way higher for two embryos. There’s a 1-2% chance an embryo will divide to make identical twins so transferring two, you’re at a higher risk. Sounds small but that’s 1-2 in every 100.
BMI comes into consideration too-makes it a higher risk pregnancy the more Co morbidities you have and the a twin pregnancy on top of that. Single embryo transfer is the safest.There are certain times where a clinic will transfer two-when they are poor quality and/or the woman has experienced multiple losses. Lisa had no previous pregnancies, no issues ( she vaguely said one time Oooo I have polycystic ovaries so I prob would have needed ivf anyways-which is a bullshit statement. I think someone must have said something to her or that’s what she’s telling her family and that’s why she said this). Chances are she wanted twins for show

Same here! I have a sickly 3 year old who catches everything. He’s had covid twice in 5 weeks, passed it to me and his dad. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I was very sick, ended up in hospital being treated for blood-clots. Covid absolutely floored me but Jesus the last thing I want to do it take time off from my child. They need mammy especially after being sick. Lisa is a selfish, lazy wagon. She should be more concerned about getting a good wash for herself and cleaning her bathroom instead of hotel breaks away from her kids!
