lol was Jed's cryptic watch to the end just to make sure we all saw the trailer for his new show? I actually enjoyed the ep, thought there were bits that were really good like Kate and Steve questioning Ted. But a few bits felt rushed - the car chase ended abruptly, no questioning of Aldi Dot? And a weird tone at the end - I feel like Jed's ultimately trying to make a point about institutionalised corruption (another Ted speech) in real life and it's a realistic outcome and he's trying to make a point about how fucked up police officers can get with both Steve and Kate seeing the counsellor but a dream team descent in a glass lift was not the power move I think he thought it was 😂

What the actual ..... I don’t even need a debrief as we didn’t learn anything. They figured out H simply by conducting a search of the word definately across all files!?! AND it wasn’t even any of the main 3 that found that info!!! So disappointing!
If only they'd done that search a few seasons ago 🙄

Also how could he have been sending messages from prison? I mean I know it's possible to have a phone inside but meh what a load of tit

I have always said in a long career in government always be wary of the bum lickers those people who stir things in the background but will never give their opinion when it’s really needed pretend to be a little bit nutty and are always in the right place at the right time. I only worked in admin by the way!! And if you want to watch a real life documentary of how corruption was rooted out of the Met in the 60s and 70s watch Bent coppers- crossing the line of duty on BBC iPlayer. It’s a fascinating watch.
