Same here, even though baby lights probably doesn't understand our words we still try talk considerately around him, mostly for practice so that we are in the habit for when he is a little bit older and understands more! Imagine your instinctual response to your child being no you'll look silly 🙁 (meaning that Lily is worried that she herself will look silly)

This was also my mother's instinctual response - ridicule, poking fun, immediately commenting on my weight - and let's just say, my relationship with her is fraught. Between hating her and constantly seeking her approval, it's emotional and psychological whiplash. Good luck to those kids!

"so much needed time off social media" who wants to bet that she will spend her break creating content about how she didn't think about social media at all for once she's back online 💀 also i don't get her at all, it's not like she has to be online 24/7 to be a content creator, nor is there a gun pointing at her head to make sure she posts 362773 mega personal stories

This! If the goal is to be more present for her kids and in her life generally, then she should put her phone/camera down and just live her life. But, instead, what we'll get when she's back are 362773 (lol) photos and videos about what she did during her social media break. Kinda defeats the object?

She said in the vlog that she plans on writing out content ideas. So, you're not "working", but you're "working"?! Okay girl.

I doubt it will have been the first, and Lily does not have the self awareness for it to have been the last. And like you said, it is on top of all the non-verbal signs, too.
 
Lily is so self centred that she views her kids, her partner, her family and the world in reference to HER. We all do this, but some people (like poobs) more than others. Add to this a 'job' that is empty, consumeristic, without any opportunity for real mental and character growth, you get a self feeding loose cannon.

i think she lacks emotional intelligence and still wants to have the benefits she had when she was the youngest kid in her family which isn't the best trait to have as a parent... unfortunately she documents it online too 🥴
