What exactly is she doing to these coats for them to fall apart after only one season? Mango coats are still £100+ coats. They’re not exactly primark or boohoo quality. I’ve personally had cheaper coats which have lasted me years.

I have only one coat from Mango and it’s about 7 or 8 years old. It’s still beautiful and I wear if fairly regularly, I do however take care of my clothes!

Why not have the washing dry outside. It’s been lovely and sunny these days plus super windy, which would dry clothes in couple of hours.

Why not have the washing dry outside. It’s been lovely and sunny these days plus super windy, which would dry clothes in couple of hours.

She can’t dry her clothes outside because she lives in London and there’s smog and car exhaust and it’s gritty. Definitely not conducive to drying your clothes outside. How millions of people have been able to do this successfully both before the advent of the dryer and even after dryers came on the market is truly one of the biggest marvels of the contemporary world.

She has an excuse for EVERYTHING.

She doesn’t dry clothes outside because she doesn’t think they’ll feel clean because there are so many foxes in the garden (I guess she thinks she should leave the stuff out overnight?), the weather is unpredictable, they live too near a busy road and everything would be too pollution-y (yes, yes she did).

I mean it's true to an extent, if I haven't used the washing line in a while I will wipe it otherwise it leaves marks on light coloured clothes. But your washing is only outside for a few hours! It would need to be outside for literally days if not weeks to get dirty from smog!!
