I think she hates looking like Amy Winehouse, her and her sisters must have been told all the time they looked like her. Not that I think it’s a bad thing, just know what school is like! Stuff like that sticks with you and I think it’s for this sort of thing she hates her darker features and hair.

Jojo - yes, but Carly doesn't look like Lily and Jojo or Amy Winehouse at all. Does Carly look more like their mum and Lily and Jojo more like their dad? I don't remember what Lily's mum looks like.

So sad she’s a mother of 1 (nearly two) in her mid thirties with the love an support of a partner and cannot accept herself one tiny bit. If she spent money on seeing a therapist rather than on lampshades and sheep chairs she might be happier.
Any guesses on boy names? I reckon, Rex, Bear, or Max

Also think about what she’ll teach grey. Like if lily hates her dark hair so much what happens when greys hair inevitably turns dark. Is she going to teach her that she needs to dye it blonde too?

Said the same thing for years, Lily needs therapy to accept herself. She even hid parts of her wedding, not for privacy but because she was worried about comments... How sad. She could learn a lot from her friend Hannah, who always seems lovely and bubbly, and who truly embraces her curls.

And those names are all very populair.... At puppy classes ;)

Don't forget, both Lily and Rich were very blonde when they were little, so chances of Grey being blonde for longer are higher now. I'm sure that's how it works in Lily's mind

You’re probably right. She defo assumes grey is going to be blonde forever. However realistically both her parents are super dark so she’s way more likely to end up dark too.

Let’s hope for greys sake she stays blonde forever so her mum doesn’t tell her how ugly brown hair is.
 
I know people loves to dye their hair but everyone goes grey eventually and you will miss your natural hair color and wish you still had it. Dye is full of terrible chemicals and bleach ruins the quality. Dark hair can be glorious. Remember when she posted a picture saying she looked like Rachel Weiss. At her age her hair is probably dyed that dark which is super hard to maintain. Lily if you'd like to look like her maybe keep that in mind.
 
Really don't get what it is with these Youtubers that makes them all want to go blonde when it's against their natural coloring. Estee Lalonde, Zoe Sugg, Tanya Burr, Niomi Smart, and Lily. The irony is ALL of them look SO much better with darker hair. How do they not see that the blonde doesn't suit them?? I will never understand this. These are the same people that will then go on and tell you to "love yourself" and that "beauty comes in all shapes and sizes." Yet they all succumb to the same ideal of beauty... White, skinny, blonde. The self-hatred is real. They are supposed to be influencers, yet if anyone seems to be getting influenced here it's them... All carbon copies of each other. Basic, boring, uninspiring.

Lily currently looks about 10 years older than she is. I guess it's a combination of the dry/poufy/greyish-green hair and the awful granny clothes. Of course she's blaming the hair dresser for using harsh bleach on her hair and breaking it.... Not like it could've simply resulted from 10+ years of daily straightening. Also, the pic she showed from when she was pregnant with Grey...that wasn't even her natural hair color, I vividly remember she had gotten it died dark brown all over. It was a couple of shades darker than her natural hair. Natural color is the best for her, as it is for most people in my opinion.

you're giving Lily too much sympathy lol... By the time Amy became famous Lily was 20. Her sister was even older. She wouldn't have gotten teased at school for looking like Amy winehouse lol....

I think it’s also a status thing? Having regular hair appointments to get your hair coloured/bleached is expensive! And not only can they afford it thanks to their ridiculous influencer careers, they almost always get it done for free…

Off topic but I agree. For most people, they look good with their natural hair color. After years of coloring my hair much lighter from my natural dark hair color, I've stopped coloring it and it's never been as long and as healthy as it is now. Lily needs to embrace her color and stop the straighteners, she will look 100x better.
 
Things Lily moaned about in today’s video- she’s actually unreal 🙄

- drilling and noise from the reno
- rich going back to work one day a week and being ‘alone’ in an empty house
- her horrendous cold (“everything is worse when you’re pregnant”)
- her ‘food poisoning’
- how much patience potty training requires and how it’s “ breaking us all”
- feels sluggish and unfit
- pain in her hips
- it’s hard to shop for baby stuff AND think about what Grey needs not enough time
- needs to buy Greys Xmas presents “brain overload”
- restless legs and her bad circulation
- harsh bleach at a new hairsalon she went to
- can’t find anything to wear
- her lost teabag 🤣 had to drink tea
- she’s TIRED
