I obviously don’t think life should stop when you have a baby but I think she was a bit daft taking him to a festival.
He’s not a toddler he’s a baby. Even family friendly festivals are notoriously not that easy with infants. I love gigs and festivals but accepted that I’d have to miss a few when I had a baby. It just seems she’s so desperate to ~prove she can still be alt and do what she wants when in reality she probably should have just skipped this year, sometimes you have to accept baby comes first. I know I wouldn’t enjoy a festival constantly making sure my babies ear defenders were on, was in the shade, had a drink, had somewhere to change him. exhausting.

Also hot mulligan are pretty big anyway but she can’t stop herself trying to seem like she’s soOoOo on the pulse.

I dont think she ever bought property herself did she? But she did move flats from a shared house to a flat with this guy and then got pregnant and moved to the house they bought?

what a shame for Zoe though. I didn’t pay attention to Lily much back then so didn’t realise she considered her a best friend. I know friendships dwindle as life moves on but Zoe does really seem like she needs a friend right now, and Lily is off tiling her kitchen with temu stickers

Dallas’ room is going to be “cowboy themed” of course it is, because country and western is popular again at the moment. To the point that even the name she chose for the poor wee lad is western USA inspired.

She’s wearing waistcoats with everything, of course she is because it’s popular at the moment.

She’s all black all leopard print everything, of course she is because it’s ALT popular at the moment.

Nothing wrong with liking or being influenced by anything trendy but stop peddling the narrative that you’ve been SO UNIQUE AND INDIVIDUAL FOREVER when actually you’re exactly like every other influencer ever and go with what’s “in”!

I keep seeing posts on Instagram at the moment by influencers saying "Me before I discovered my own style...me now I've discovered my own style!" and the photos/videos are literally just them in styles that were in fashion 5-10 years ago, and then them in styles that are in fashion (on Instagram at least) nowadays. They're all so deluded.

I remember she did one of those 'style evolution' vids years ago (think it's probably gone now though?) and she really only dressed emo/scene for like a year when she had the black hair and piercings on MySpace, then very quickly pivoted to the more indie sleaze Topshop-esque style when that was popular.

remember we don't see 99.9% of the rest of these people's lives. she could be in lots of debt for all we know. just because she's "doing whatever she wants" every day doesn't mean a) she can afford to do that or b) she's happy doing it c) all of the above!

I know she claims she’s this alt mum or whatever but the way her style has gone this past 2 years I really hate… and I love the alt scene, the music and a lot of the fashion. I just don’t think she’s doing it very well

She just looks frumpy, scruffy and like she needs a good scrub all the time at the moment. Everything is big, shapeless and billowy. Iron your clothes, woman. Maybe it’s having a baby… she’s 100% lost her way when it comes to style

Nah she's been dressing like that for ages, before the baby. All long big shapeless dresses over tshirts etc
