She is proper on the BEG for free snacks!! She tags EVERYONE even home bargains!!
both her & penfold have tagged that wafer company & they have shared their posts 🙄🙄 incoming box of gifted crap coming!!!
Hopefully the coach will be honest with her & tell her to ditch the processed tit. She has far too much sugar & snacks - no wonder she isn’t losing
 
Has she named the PT?
I think she said his name but if you go to who she follows it’s not hard to find him. I don’t want to name him on here as he only has a small account, to be fair though if you look through his saved stories of the other brides he is working with they seem to cook nice meals & are serious about working out. Not sure how Kirsty will fit in mind.
 
Finally, actual meals! With no ‘high protein’ snacks! Her coach has told her how to actually do it! Wonder if she’s on a food plan or just calorie counting and he’s told her what to eat and what not to eat!

So she has her pathetic “ snack” dinner after work while Daniel and his family are eating a normal meal???
I can’t understand her saying she doesn’t like eating late. The majority of people work a 9-5!! I myself work 9-5! Pick up my kids from after school club just before 6pm and come home and make us a substantial meal!!!! Wake up you lazy fat slob.

The way she’s talking I don’t think she’ll actually see him in real life? Especially when she says he only trains brides to be, if you were doing that face to face seems a very limited customer base to keep you in a job for 5/6 days a week

edit to add- found his profile yeah he’s based up North so she’ll have zero accountability and probably sack him off by end of week 1 😂 I really hope she proves me wrong though!

She is acting like it's day 1 but her meals havent changed from what she usually has....just she won't be able to binge on a weekend

Ok I take it all back after her stories this morning. I didn’t think yesterdays meals looked all that bad, she actually had 3 normalish looking meals and not jam and rice cakes but she’s back to beans on toast tonight 🙄🙄🙄
