Ikr, I would think maybe she might feel her clothes are a tad looser at this point but it’s not like she’s dropped a dress size. She said something the other day about still having an ass and it’s like Kirsty love that ain’t going anywhere for a longggggg time.

Also 4lb off.. has she ever lost that in a week? Seems she's actually stuck to her calories because she should have had losses like that to begin with. And yeah.. The NSV fitting in a swing 11lb wouldn't make ant difference to that at her size.

Yes went a walk and bragged about "smashing" 13k steps and is going to get 15 today lol. Not a drop of sweat
