I think it's because she's SO bored! Her waffling to the camera, feels to me is the majority of any adult interaction. Anyone she seems to talk to is busy working in the day so comes on to talk about the most trivial stuff the rest of us would talk through the day with various people but because she's got no one and goes pretty much nowhere. It's really sad! She really does need a proper job!
