More confirmation that she’s a thoughtless a*sehole really - so I assume she’s one of those really kind people who load up their boot, but taking the trolley back to the correct area is just a step too much, so they leave it rolling around the car park? Once I’ve put my shopping in the boot my next thought is to take the trolley back and then whether it had my token in (that I keep in the car) or whether it was a store that’s stopped using them.

That’s what I meant. She’s posted a similar “story” before, she’s definitely said she was locked out at least once before.
She’ll be claiming an adhd diagnosis soon.

so she went into a&e during a strike, when there was probably only one doctor on duty and she has the utter cheek to criticise them?? That’s appalling. The doctor was probably overseeing 30+ kids. And talking like something from Oliver Twist probably didn’t help!
