Kayleigh really is desperate to have a bit of what they once had. Wow. Well my eldest is the same age as Jamie in his second year at uni doing maths. He’s doing algebra now and goes gym daily too like Jamie. I hope he won’t be living in a shed in the future and working ft at sainsburys What a witchKayleigh really is desperate to have a bit of what they once had. Kayleigh, you can’t even afford to cloth your kids properly let alone a trip to Disney!
Notice on her stories she’s got a pain clinic questionnaire. I bet she exaggerates every single answer. I hope she’s honest because those spaces are few and far between with a wait list for those who need it most. Felicity now has heel to the ground quite frequently in the footage, is able to throw herself about on play equipment, go for long walks etc no bother. It’s only off camera that she apparently experiences these symptoms (yeah right K) in an attempt to cleverly manipulate the situation that F is worse than she actually is if anyone checked in on the vlog footage.
Also, that first pic really grates me. Who needs Algebra? She’s making a mockery of the home ed community. Well firstly the term is numeracy & maths skills are still very important especially if your child wants to go on and do something with their lives. Even home ed parents need to ensure both maths and English is being learnt in however form the parent chooses. To get through college and Uni if Felicity still aspires to do something with her life, that girl is going to need Maths and English GCSEs. She has also said Felicity wants to go to secondary school, why would she let the gap widen in that girls education if she knows she’s probably going to return to mainstream education?
Why is she teaching her kids how to edit on phones. Has she not got adequate learning resources? Where’s the PC/laptop for the kids to use? They can’t do a lot on those little fire tablets, they aren’t amazing. They can’t be relying on a little phone with a small screen either. They use iPads and PCs in school.
Also, kids do make food in school both primary and secondary, less frequently in primary but it happens for every school year. For a child that has supposedly got sensory issues around food, it’s fascinating she’s happy to eat a Thai spring roll. She’s bragging like it’s some amazing thing she’s doing but many parents do cooking and baking with their school kids during the evening/weekends. That’s called parenting and spending time with your kids. All she’s doing is preparing those girls to follow in her footsteps and get knocked up and on the council house list before they are 20. Heaven forbid one of them makes a success of their lives.View attachment 3267869 qView attachment 3267870 q

As was pointed out in the comments the other day when F was reading out her work saying "on the battlefields the poppies growed" K didn't correct her straight away and explain it is "the poppies grew". Not only did she not correct her, she said "well done!"Even home ed parents need to ensure both maths and English is being learnt in however form the parent chooses.
I heard that and thought the same thing too.As was pointed out in the comments the other day when F was reading out her work saying "on the battlefields the poppies growed" K didn't correct her straight away and explain it is "the poppies grew". Quite ironic when she mentions algebra - just a few examples from google:
Real-life Uses of Algebra
Although introductory algebra may seem like an abstract concept, the real-life uses of algebra are endless.
Budgeting: Creating a budget involves working with numbers, and algebraic equations can help you calculate expenses, income, and savings.
Cooking: Measuring ingredients for a recipe involves using ratios and proportions, which are algebraic concepts.
Travel: Calculating distance, speed, and time involves using algebraic formulas
Construction: Architects and engineers use algebra to design buildings and structures.
Reece wanted a laptop for his bday then after they went to see how much they were she never got one. Awful parentThey need a big computer with printer and a decent laptop each.
that's terrible. She could have got him a second hand one with a warrantyReece wanted a laptop for his bday then after they went to see how much they were she never got one. Awful parent
She needs to stop spending on crap. Her kids need proper learning resources and she needs to put her hand in her pocket and buy it. It’s her responsibility now and whether she likes it or not, technology is our world now and they need access to that.Reece wanted a laptop for his bday then after they went to see how much they were she never got one.
