I thought the first pic maybe she was planning on steaming them at work thinking maybe Mamamia had a fashion cupboard like in the old magazine days but then at the event she still looks like she took them out of the packaging this morning/picked them up off the floor 🤬


Dammit I was excited to try those bras after Kate Revz from We Don’t Have Time For This promoted them. Now I’m seconding guessing the brand. “Ignore the messy room” FFS you’re being paid for this, CLEAN YOUR DAMN ROOM

She makes me so freaking angry. You have an opportunity so many people would love, events, clothes, beauty products, hotel stays, meals out, etc etc etc AT LEAST PUT IN SOME DAMN EFFORT.

Agreed. If I was Leigh or any of these oxygen thieves I’d be looking at the feedback which is around key themes (poor grooming, rude attitude, excessive grifting, lack of transparency around her work, unstable mental health and behaviour, unhealthy habits)and thinking to myself ‘wow this is free customer analytics that might help my engagement or change things and drive my engagement’ The problem is these people have such fragile egos and don’t have to work in normal environments so they can’t reflect and consider how they might be perceived. I mean, if Leigh sorted her attitude out, this thread wouldn’t be moving at speed. You’re the issue Leigh. It’s just that tattle is the place where people say the things your friends are too scared to say. Feedback is a gift girlfriend.
 
Did Deni compare what he and Leigh put out for free with asking Beyonce for free music?? And also, I have never seen anyone write anything as horrendous as telling someone to go kill themselves on Tattle. In any of the threads for anyone.

Interesting that they think people on Tattle are just trolls who sit in dark corners. The truth is I used to really enjoy Leigh’s content and be someone who followed her, clicked on her links etc … until she became so clearly self involved that it became untenable to keep following. Content creators don’t owe their followers anything, but we as consumers also don’t owe them clicks, likes, comments or follows. The advertising model that they all signed up for, that makes them an income, is based on people liking you, trusting you and wanting to hear what you say. If that is no longer available, we will move on. And the social media model is just that - about social currency. We will discuss you outside of your chosen platform, if we think you have cross social boundaries. This is the game you signed up for and are making money off.

Yep I used to hang on ever beauty word Leigh said, was thrilled when she got pregnant and gave birth... But she became insufferable and full of her self importance. Her links, paid partnerships, freebies and disingenuous nature have put me off. Amy G obviously read her feedback and somewhat adjusted her behaviour. Leigh seems to think everyone else has the problem and no one wants to see her be successful or make money and therefore are jealous... Yet I don't see ZFB receiving thousands of tattle comments when she is also a former beauty writer, who has literally earned tens of millions of dollars 🤔

Exactly. It has nothing to do with money or success. I know that I most probably earn more than Leigh (not that it matters), I am not jealous of her success. I was really thrilled for her when she fell pregnant and thoroughly enjoyed her early content. But I really saw her change and become a different person to what she used to be. A level of arrogance crept in and it became really hard to advocate for her. Now I find it really challenging to even listen to her. I no longer subscribe to YB, where are a couple of years ago I would listen to every episode. You are right about AG - I started to find her grating but then she adjusted and I now follow her again and enjoy her content for the most part.
