Could she flex her calf and stand with her legs any wider to make herself look as thin as possible. She's just dying for some 'how do you eat whatever you want and stay thin' comments. So nice of her to spend one day with her kid. No shade to working parents who HAVE to work 6 days a week, but she doesn't!

I was exactly the same. I remember talking about her with my friends/family saying she was easily one of the only Influencers that I took recommendations from. Now?! We all just screen shot and laugh about this desperate, racist, tone deaf bogan.

Agreed. She thinks she comes across as witty and having banter but her tone is so so off, it comes across as rude, blunt and passive aggressive. IF she'd gone to school or done any sort of writers course she would have learnt about tone...

Tone is super hard to convey in writing, but she’s speaking!!! No excuse! Also, good writers can convey tone because that’s part of what makes you a good writer.
 
To me Leigh has slowly changed since she had her child. Before she became a parent she was much kinder, thoughtful and good at sharing her “regular” life. It was actually quite relatable. She still did fancy lunches etc. but just had less contempt for her followers. I remember listening to an episode of TGM about 1 year after she had the baby and noticed how nasty she had become (I think it was a conversation about little kids that bite). I’m not sure if motherhood just released her “kind” facade or if something else shifted. Maybe it’s just that her followers grew at the same time as motherhood?

The one tool at her disposal as a writer - words - and she can't be bothered taking pride in them or proofreading them carefully. It's literally her job and she thinks it's funny to be sloppy. There is no other writer, current or former, who takes as little pride in their writing as her
