I did have a wry smile to myself at the thought that this was a rather different type of party to the ones she might have mentioned on her LBC show. Although with what is going on who knows?!

I don't think he should be banned, but find it repetitive that he should go through all the daily stats of who has got Covid. If you are interested you can look up the stats yourself.

He’s a very divergent poster. There are times when his thoughts are so contradictory of each other I wondered if there is more than one person operating the account, or if he has learning difficulties /anxiety issues. Hard to tell.

It's a weekend, so he wouldn't anyway. The following two days are a bank holiday; he might not be on then either. I wonder if his family will have to play his board game over the holiday. I see Amazon have reduced it to £18.
 
Wow, haven’t listened to LBC in ages but this thread is making me feel like giving it another go!

Not at 10am though. I can’t listen to even a moment of JOB, his smug voice makes me cringe now. His general treatment of people who supported Brexit turned me from a diehard Remainer into someone who really empathised with Brexiteers and their ideas.

Yes, 😂 derangement was what happened last time around and I was forced to go cold turkey as my husband got fed up with my ranting and apparently objected to LBC being both the topic and the background theme “music” in our every interaction. I’ll have to ease myself back in gently.
 
I’m tuning in despite my best intentions to see how much I can stand.

“But I digress”… wedging Brexit into the diatribe for no particular reason, even now with no interest or understanding of why people voted that way… jab at the Tories… negativity about the U.K… fake humility…general tone of being delighted with himself for the brilliance of the words coming out of his mouth. Hasn’t changed a bit.

He's got a lot better recently. More like Nick of old and not so grumpy. He even told a caller the other day he was getting too serious. I think Carol has been good for him.

@Lady_H maybe start with a bit of Mystery Hour or Steve Allen. I will be doing a long drive on Wednesday and will subject myself to the full James O'Brien experience as I find it helps to keep me alert as I'm spend 3 hours shouting at the radio :ROFLMAO:
