I think it’s very smart of kyle and Annie to play the long game - if that is indeed what they’re doing.
Get a divorce - Annie takes half the money and protects it from Lauren. If Annie and Kyle stay together they can put many of Kyle’s future earnings and businesses in Annies name this protecting it from Lauren.
That coupled with the family moving country and out of Lauren’s reach daily would allow them to move on. I suspect Kyle will always pay her but she will not be able to rinse him or get a penny more, the blackmail days are over. Meanwhile Lauren will disappear into obscurity.

I'd love him to drop the payments to £1200 a month - minimum wage - and then move to the US so she absolutely cannot even go on holiday in their vicinity! Hahaha. She'd be foaming at the mouth

How I read the judgment was that she can live anywhere but her budget gets cut if she tries to move to within a hundred miles of prestbury.

That sounded like Kyle would only have to buy her a house somewhere within the UK, is that right?

It was a bit strange because the judgement made it sound like she can choose to move as often as she wants but if she was to do that how is it fair to Snoz he has to keep paying out for solicitors fees and stamp duty every few years.

If she wants to move does it have to go back to court and Proz has to show a genuine reason for wanting to live somewhere like work opportunities () or family living nearby. That's the only fair way of doing it that I can see.
