I think they’re intimating that Kyle and Lauryn are still secretly in contact and he’s told Lauryn.

Probably because she said this ‘affair’ has been known about for months.

Although presumably that rules out Jamie Vardy, if Lauryn ‘knew’ about it surely she’d be telling her best friend .
