Yes!!! He seems like he’s had mummy doing everything for him, and he can’t adult, despite being 35.

It’s weird how much he looks like her dad too. How she can’t see it, is beyond me! Her dad is equally annoying as Dan and Lauren.

His voice over videos give me the ick. His hand movements and his voice, I don’t think he sounds appealing.

I’ve only just come across them really. But he definitely talks and act likes a toddler. How she finds that attractive I’ve no idea. I like a manly man. And that big cheesy grin he does 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

He looks a lot older than her, we’ve worked out he’s 35, and I think she’s 27. I’d put him mid 40’s, I think he looks like her dads so much

The fact he seemed to not know how to cook, clean, do washing etc, would give me the ick. I appreciate he lost his dad at a young age, so maybe some of the things that could have been passed down, such as diy, he missed out on (I know it’s not just men that do diy)
But he seems to have lived at home, and not really grown up. I understand it’s hard to get on the property market, but it appears he’s never moved out…
Lauren said his mum did everything for him, and it seems Lauren has taken on that roll.

He may look old, but he comes across as really immature. He can’t earn that much from a few voiceovers, surely? Not enough to live the life they seen to live. Constant holidays, always out, or getting takeaways, shopping etc. I’m pretty sure a lot of it is gifted to Lauren (although she’d have to declare it was an ad) She doesn’t seem to have much to do with her business now, so must be earning enough off social media. I think Dan thinks he can do the same. The thing is, he’s just a 35 year old man, with nothing distinctive about his content to stand out. Aside from being a packers fan. (Again I get it’s sentimental for him, but he seems to not have a personality outside of NFL, Disnay (his pronunciation) and collecting a load of toys.
The big indicator, he has to have Lauren in almost all his videos. If it was just him, I think aside from NFL fans, his audience would be small

I can’t work out if;
A. They’ve been very unlucky and bought a house with lots wrong with it?
B. They over exaggerate and moan a lot, so it seems their house is worse than it is?
C. They didn’t pay for the highest level survey, and the issues that need fixing are things that most adults would try to do themselves, but they’ve both not used to being adults (more so Dan) ?
D. They have bought a “fixer upper” without realising, and thought they were just getting a bargain?

Every the day they’re asking for recommendations for someone “in the Salford area” to come and do something. I hope they aren’t doing it for free in return for Lauren saying their names on her socials. As I’d say I high proportion of her followers are/were young people, who aren’t going to tell their parents about a plumber Lauren shared

I’ve unfollowed her as I can’t watch ANOTHER holiday in American where they do the same thing:
Lauren wears awful rollers on the plane
She can’t poo
They eat a LOT of food
They both, but mainly Lauren, constantly does the most irritating American accent.
 
They must be spending an absolute fortune on food while they’re away. I know the US has large portions, but they seem to be eating 3 large meals a day. Im pretty sure one of those meals was #gifted. The one where they had pancakes, waffles, chicken, burgers, nachoes, French toast, and he just kept bringing it out. Surely she should be declaring it, if she’s either getting it free? Same if it was agreed she was to make a video about the food in return for getting the meal for free?
The place had items of their branded clothing, such as hoodies, caps etc, waiting for them. There’s no way there wasn’t a conversation of sorts, where they chose from the food menu, then from the drinks menu (although they probably limited alcohol drinks) Either way, that should have been declared. I wonder how often that happens..?
