It actually doesn't. What it says is the CPS didn't think it was worth taking to court. Women are beaten by their partners all day, every day, and they stay with these guys. Loads of reasons why they stay, but what is the point in the CPS prosecuting the abuser only for the woman to take him back? Out of the 100's of times I was beaten and the police attended, he was always removed (so the situation could calm down) but only arrested 3 times and each time put on remand. Because I would visit him in Belmarsh eventually the CPS would drop any charges.Dont think so, which speaks volumes
My point is just because he hasn't been charged, doesn't mean he is innocent.
