Just watched her insta stories of her “perfect autumn day” and you would never in a million years think she was a new mum with a baby at home. Having spa days, going for drinks, then home for an Indian and to watch Gilmore girls. What new mother indulges herself like this? Surely baby is no 1 priority in your life at this stage.

OR the child is handed over to the grandparents/minder so Lauren can pamper herself.
