Hilary has lost some weight,really shows in her face.
I bought a skipping rope last week,its no joke for exercise ....I found it harder than jogging.
SAME!! Used be mad into skipping as a young one but it's no joke now nearly 30 years later :ROFLMAO: I thought I was gonna die after like 150 skips and I am reasonably fit already. I'm enjoying though so will stick at it but knowing it's not going to make me lose 2 stone like.... Hilary is definitely crediting the skipping more so than cleaning up her diet. it's clearly a combination of both - i would like if she just admitted that. She looks amazing.
 
My eyes 👀 whats the story? Is it face tuning?

oh I’m morto, I mixed her up with Hilary Cheryl Fallon (am emergency doc on Instagram who could give Laura a run for her money in mirror selfies )

I think there has been editing to alter/enhance her body shape Something is off with the background tiles like the ones between her arm and waist have been elongated. But it is subtle

She's running & eating healthy too. The weight loss is not all down to the skipping like she makes it out to be, you need to put a lot of work into your diet too. Speaking from experience.
There was a day I was really surprised watching Hilary's story and she said she was off for her 3rd walk of the day. Now if she's gone vegan, is skipping 6k skips a day & doing 3 walks as well does that seem excessive to anyone else? I mean fair play to her for the achievements she's made in getting fitter and stuff but that's a lot. I wouldn't even have said she had much to lose.

Don’t know that I would say excessive, she has goals and she’s putting the effort into achieving them. We all know that better diets and more movement in most cases will shift weight, which is what she’s doing. She doesn’t seem to be totally transparent about what she’s doing though, I mean I knew the skipping thing, she had mentioned going vegan at one point but the multiple walks a day I didn’t know - so her followers are potentially only picking up for example the skipping part, and feeling tit because they aren’t getting the same results.
 
I just wish she would be honest about how much work she's doing to lose weight. She's making it out as if she's lost all this weight due to skipping, and it's just not true!
I said this a few pages back! She’s definitely not being honest and it’s really disingenuous to suggest she lost the weight purely down to skipping 🙄 all the huns jumping on the bandwagon too 🙄🙄🙄 duck off
