I mean she said she got stage 1 and 2 and bow 3 and sacked. They have clearly followed the procedures. She definitely knew this meeting was her getting fired, people only get so many chances.

Also not sure why she is suddenly deciding to reveal person stuff like the police were involved with her and her ex.

she said she had 3 warnings, she had taken sick leave, taken days off for stress etc but surely I mean I could be wrong but taking sick leave doesn’t result in being sacked, does it?
 
It sounds like she’s been ripping the piss. Days off for everything. Doing the CLA classic of blaming her mental health. Employers can only do so much, it sounds like she was off constantly.
 
They have definitely followed procedure, if they have gone through stage 1 and 2 she’s been given chances. It’s extremely hard to fire someone unless all the legal routes are taken, seems to me she ran flat out of chances

She’ll be saying TikTok helps her ‘mental elf’ people like her are why people genuinely suffering from Mental Health issues don’t get the help they need. She doesn’t have ‘mental elf’. She just gets into toxic relationships. She’ll have been sure the Royal Mail wouldn’t have dared sack her, because she was claiming it was ‘Mental Elf’. What all these tiktokers use to excuse their crappy behaviour, on and offline.
 
Need to block her from my FYP, sick of seeing her crying. And the people commenting that they shouksnt have sacked her for “all she’s done for them with tiktok” are dumb af. You can’t have as much time off work as you want because you filmed tiktoks doing your job that you probably shouldn’t have been doing anyway.

I’m sure she was told before that she had to stop doing tik toks whilst working or at least wearing her work uniform? Can’t remember if they compromised by her covering up her work logo instead.
 
so sick of her crying on my FYP. she has had a large following for a while and she will be earning from all these videos she’s making but tiktok won’t last forever! like most people popularity fades and one day she will be irrelevant. there’s a girl i work with who has a large following on tiktok, never comes in the office and posts about 20 tiktoks a day, no idea how she gets away with it but i’m guessing my company aren’t aware. you can’t claim sick like laura has but be posting fine every single day, just a typical scrounger that doesn’t want to work
 
I do wish she came with a volume button, does she have to shout all the damn time

She also said in one of her recent videos that she'd had to put the house back on the market. Yet according to Rightmove it's been on the market since April. So it's nothing to do with her job situation

Clever move putting the listing on then sitting back waiting for the cards, flowers, presents to arrive
