My understanding is yes, he could refuse until there's a settlement, but I might be wrong.

It's been said here before but still blows me away how money is her first priority, like she's constantly demanding money from him but hardly mentions the kids. She's not exactly doing it tough from what she's posting; swanning around the beach sunbaking all day, eating organic food, bit of yoga thrown in. Living well above her means that's for sure.

"Compensated for that" ... you lived a life of luxury - do you think that happened because of nothing to do with Ben?
Also, your financial settlement is going to "compensate" you - but if i were Ben I'd be tracking all the $1000 transfers so that can come off the final amount.....

Her father may have been "good with money" - as she like to mention every 2 minutes - but he clearly didn't teach her how the real world works. We don't all have ex's and fathers we can demand 1-2K off each week!

Wow. Like I understand she needs support atm for daily living expenses, but maybe shop at like Coles for a bit, lower your expenditure.

Do you think she bought that orchid she was posing with? They're not cheap.
 
As much as I can’t stand her - you can’t kick someone out of their home and then deny them access to their shared money. BUT… the way she is spending money like she has a tonne of it, no forward planning for the future, for accomodation, to sustain her in the meantime is most likely the reason she doesn’t have free access to their accounts. She has shown she cannot manage finances correctly and she would probably go and sign up for a loan and use their joint funds if she could. It’s so messy because she’s just burning through whatever she gets and then constantly demanding more. Her arrogance is what is keeping her broke

Most people have a job so they don’t have to rely on their ex to fund their lifestyle while waiting for the divorce to be finalised. She’s a money hungry witch. It’s all she thinks about oh & numbers

But she gets to tell him to go out and get a job while she remains “fabulously fertile” - you’re 38 love - you might have to accept that your 3 kids are it for you (no offence intended to anyone older than 38 when they’ve had kids, I had mine at 36 & 38 respectively) but I doubt men are lining up for Laura. What does she bring to the partnership besides expecting the man to do everything while she does naked yoga all day?

Exactly. She could also get a job..... she keeps saying she has no 'issues' ... so she's completely capable of working then..... maybe she could work at her favourite shop and get a discount on her linen 😉
