it is the worst film I have ever seen (I made it about 30 min in) I did that netflix thing where you just click "play something".. why this would be a suggestion based on my other watches I do not know

Black Swan, I've seen it before and like it cos I used to do ballet. My boyfriend had never seen it but think the only part he enjoyed was the certain scene between Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman 😂

I saw Tulip Fever, which is an adaptation of a Deborah Moggagh book.

It was set in the Netherlands in the 1600s.

Excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Pure escapism, and a very satisfying ending.
 
A film recommended to me by a Tattler, called What's Eating Gilbert Grape. It's great, my favourite film.
