This is precisely what I always say about certain people I meet and explains what kyle is doing. He claims he is going to do this and that with no evidence of work or a plan towards achieving it. He loves the idea of saying it to others and the idea of others hearing him say it. He loves the fact that others may see him as a person who is grandiose because of the grandiose plans he has. However he knows inside that he has no plans on achieving those goals.
