Okay if she has 2mil why is she looking in those areas, I'm from west Dublin so nothing against them but why would she buy near the city or a southside area? Isn't he from southside too?
Also why is she buying a place with someone's she barely with a year.... She's insane 🤯 thanks for the clarification on that 🙌
 
They saved for a mortgage very quickly or is it my imagination? It’s not a month or so ago she was saying that’s why she was moving into the house his Ma owns. Also got it approved in record time too. Something not adding up here. Does she realise that if she buys this house with him and she’s putting up the bulk of the money he’s still entitled to half when they split up which is inevitable. They’ll be considered common law spouses. Not learned one thing.

I don’t believe a word of it….she did say before that she was moving into Alex’s mother’s house so they could save for a mortgage ? I thought she did … she would never get a mortgage in a million years here… for talks sake .. they would look through her bank statements with a fine tooth comb.. she is a rush with the way she spends money.. and no regular income..I didn’t see her live but she said she will be a cash buyer here.. Also mentioned one of his brothers passed away, like why is it her place to talk about that? Fair enough if it's a known thing but if it was me, I'd be annoyed someone spouting out of them on the internet. Such bad taste.
