Wasn't there someone on here that lived local to her or knew her? I'm sure they could tell us if the front of the house is ugly. We don't wanna see it they could just tell us if we're right.
It’s just a normal extended detached house on a housing estate in Nether Poppleton. If she’s worried about security then she should have her address moved off companies house where it’s there for all to see. I only know as I used to have a friend that lived round there, not on the housing estate, in a massive detached. Maybe that’s the impression she would like to give on insta, that she lives in a big detached somewhere, rather than just a normal detached house. It isn’t ugly but I’d have it rendered white rather than creamy beige. If it still is that colour of course.
They live in a nice area of York.
Also to add, I always think how must people feel looking at all that expensive stuff, wondering how they’ve got the house so nice etc etc
Well it was bought near 20 years ago, so chances are, their mortgage was probably paid off or near paid off a few years ago. So I’d imagine they remortgaged to transform the house.
I also think they’ll have had help buying it in the first place. She’s my age, and 20 years ago I couldn’t have afforded a mortgage for what they paid, and at the time my partner and I were on above average salaries.
So if they paid the mortgage off then remortgaged to do the house up, maybe like 150k, then that’s a pretty low mortgage. Mine is more than that and I’m on my own now. Most of the stuff in the house has been gifted, so no real outlay there.
Phoebe has money to spend because she still lives at home.
Its so easy to be fooled on Instagram. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely house, but we aren’t talking Molly mae‘s level of earnings.
