I mean, I send my kids to clubs & schools where they are kept safe from predators, I keep a close eye on them at the park and always meet the parents of friends houses they visit , because I can protect them like that
Kerry has no clue who is watching/following or why

but of course, Kerrys too ignorant to see that, no need for such a rude reply to someone who raised legitimate concerns

It’s about managing risk, I think. You can die in a car accident with your seatbelt on, but you’re much more likely to die if you don’t wear a seatbelt. Your child could be seen by a predator in the “not online” world, but they are much more likely to be seen if their daily life is plastered all over the web.

Sure she herself stopped showing their faces for a while because of the risk! Didn’t stick to it... what a surprise.

Exacrly, the thing is, I dont know you. You could live in my town and I would have no idea whatsoever. You could walk past me and I wouldn't even give your children a 2nd glance, because there would be no need.

If I saw an influencer out and about who plasters their children on here, I would look. I would give a 2nd glance. I'm not a predator, I'm a normal person, but it would be normal to look. Either because I recognise the influencer, or worse recognise the child/ren!

So, no in answer to Kerry's daft reply, of course we shouldn't keep our children in the house! Taking children out and about would peak very few peoples interest. But shes making them so easily recognisable!

Shes so defensive and I'm sorry but shes in a minority of 'mum infulences' who pigeon their parenting that is more mainstream.. one week shes attachment, then forest school, is a trend shes trying to get on to make money.. to buy crap.
I also don't think shes that happy with her choices as she is always moaning about them. Sienna seems the most well rounded which is no coincidence as she wasnt interested in trend parenting then..

Also if u dont like people commenting about stuff u post, dont post it or turn the comments off..

This is so true, I have seen a local instamum out, and couldn’t stop staring! Not in a pervy way obvs 🤣 but just was fascinated to see her out “in the wild”. I also saw her child in a situation when she wasn’t present and it took me a while to place him, but I knew his wee face and so much about him. He is old enough to be wise to strangers but a younger one someone Sinister could easily walk up and start chatting about their family and gain their trust. She’s a fool.
 
I find it all a bit strange, sharing so much of your kids and why after people point out things these influencer mums don’t think OMG yea why am I putting my kids in this position?! I mean we really don’t need to know the ins and outs of your kids toilets habits and other private things!! Way back when this insta mum thing started I must admit I though let it was something I’d love to do but the more I thought about it, it just seems weird! I don’t want strangers recognising my kids in the street or the other mums at school to know when my kid has the shits 🤣 I saw a comment a while back where someone said a picture of a baby in a nappy is enough for some pedos and that has stuck with me! I rarely share pictures publicly of my kids anymore as the thought of anyone looking at them in a less than innocent way disgusts me, why don’t these mums feel the same or are they more blinded by the money?! Surely they can still do their jobs without over exposing their precious babies??!

I just had a look and it doesn’t say it’s edited which it would do if it had been , Kerry also says it hasn’t been edited

I’m not sure if maybe I didn’t read it the first time, but the last paragraph doesn’t ring a bell from when I read it last night.

Thing is, she is saying she can put her view out there, but nobody can disagree or have an opposite view. Nobody has been rude or argumentative, she has posted something controversial and can’t take anyone then taking issue with it. This is what happens when you’re a few sandwiches short of a picnic, Kerry. You haven’t the brains to word yourself well, or understand the consequences of your posts, nor to respond well to those with other opinions.

For me the saddest thing in that thread is the fact that Roma cries when left with her Dad. To me, thats not ’succeeding’ in parenting and creating a secure attachment if by nearly 2 a child cannot be left with their own father without them getting upset. Poor Warren. Surely ‘attachment parenting‘ Is about creating a secure attachment with both parents, not just the primary carer.

🙌🙌 exactly cries and being left with her own father but can be left at nursery or what ever it was! Bet she wouldn’t have been fine if Aria wasn’t there also!!!! Totally bull crap!!!
 
Aww actually feel slightly sorry for Warren if that's the case. Kerry taking control or Warren not being that hands on I don't know but he must feel tit in himself that his daughter cries for her mother when left alone in his presence and she is 2 years old
 
I would NOT be looking to Kerry as a "parenting influencer" or for parenting advice whatsoever! I like c clean & hygienic house for my kids to live in, healthy food & as I work outside the home I'm also giving them a good work ethic by not begging for freebies. And of course, I don't sell my kid's lives online so that potential perverts can drool over them!
