This woman doesnt have a brain..i am sure for this now after her latest post...No its not ok to sit your child infront of the tv for few HOURS!!??its not ok to have dishes in the sink,piles of dirty clothes ,its not ok to serve your family microwave dinners...Its called laziness,you dont care about your family!your children should always be a priority ...your house is always a tip!

Don't think she means all the time but yes it is ok to some time do this .

It doesn’t make sense to say prioritise your kids, your house is a tip. If she is tidying and cleaning all the time that’s not prioritising the kids? It’s prioritising the housework. Her post is about saying you’ve got to find balance. And while I would never put my kids in front of the tv for hours on end, the sentiment of the post is basically spot on.

And it’s absolutely ok to serve “lazy dinners” occasionally. A plate of chicken nuggets and chips won’t kill them, and everyone enjoys it so why not?

I actually preferred the before post than this after post with those brickslips 😂 it is very dated, i feel like bricked look was popular a long time ago.
I think keep it plain and simple maybe some patterned tiles on the floor and a nice wood burner in there with a long rustic wooden mantle above.
She seems to like the rustic, wood style.

I feel shes rushing things to get them done rather than really thinking about what they want and what would look good/what look they are going for in the room etc.

How she gets things sent to her for free i will never know. I know its only bits but still.. And for her not to follow them on Instagram after they have given her things is pretty rude. Wasn't bothered about them to begin with just wanted free brick slips. What does she do, write to companies asking for things and saying she'll advertise them to her followers? I would hate to beg companies to send me stuff, think you have to be a particular type of person!

I love nuggets and chips every now and then ! I can stand in the kitchen and make something from scratch day in day out... but as soon as I’ve whacked them bad boys out the freezer the kids think they’ve won the lottery and goes down better than anything I’ve ever lovingly prepared... says a lot for my cooking really :LOL:

Same as my house! I go through phases where I’m all “no we shall only have home cooked food!” Then I wise up and remember I love a chicken dipper too, and life is just sometimes much easier when nobody is gurning and everyone just eats!

Agreed! It’s all about balance.
Personally, I remember the fun meals from being a kid, not the lovely home cooked ha. Like smiley faces, different shaped chicken nuggets etc.
I mean don’t make it an every night thing but every now and again is fine. I mean most of us love a Mcds every now and again don’t we?!

Who wants a bet she'll get sent some? She's been sent shoes before but not school shoes. I don't think Clarke's will send her some.

I actually prefer the fire that was there before they ripped it out and used they bricks 😳
