If at her size she is eating what she’s posting and exercising she should lose a HUGE amount this week. I’m 17st and have been put on 2000 cals by my specialist to lose weight and I aim for 1600-1700 to allow any slip ups or things I weighed/counted wrong and I’ve lost a stone in 4 weeks so if she’s eating that few calories she would have a massive loss this week
 
The calories on her dinner are way out. Those Linda McCartney sausages are 66 calories each. She’s got at least 200g chicken there, so about 330 calories. She’s just absolutely clueless.

Add the potatoes and the gravy ... about 600 calories on that plate.

She has gone over her syns today....

Exactly! So there really is no need to lie. I prefer a bugger evening meal so I adjust my calories for breakfast & lunch to accommodate it. She uses a crazy amount of calories first thing and I just can’t see those protein muffins keeping her full
Same here! Breakfast is always around 320 including a nice coffee and lunch is always roughly the same then 500-600 for dinner. I have no idea how she is happy using almost 1200 calories by 2pm most days.

Ha ha it’s not exactly hard to find the cals is it - we both managed it lol

I don't think she's clueless, I think she's intentionally misleading her followers. Firmly believe she has seconds and thirds as well as meals and snacks not posted at all, which is grand but why lie.. For a free t-shirt and sweets..
 
She’s making me look like a right greedy witch with my huge plate full and 2 Yorkshire puddings 😂😂😂😂 1098 cals! Loved it! That’s me done for the day 0cals left! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Was well fit though!!!! Can’t move!

I'm raging I forgot to get Yorkshire puddings on my shop yesterday so I had to have my roast without them and I didn't have any cauliflower cheese so it definitely wasn't up to par but it was nice 😂
Yorkshire puddings are just amazing so I feel for you ha! I macke my own broccoli cheese it’s just the best ha! Big headed much!
