Getting the excuses in for weigh day. All us large units (21stone and honest) are swollen to buggery. My cankles are like water balloons. However I’ve managed to lose 3lb (thank you) I have used the magic formula of eating less and moving as much as I’m able to. Kirsty you are really full of tit. Eat some fruit and veg. Literally love the saying large unit 😂😂 at the beginning of lock down I looked like an hour glass but now I’m the shape of a fridge .. I’ve also lost 4 lb this week from just being healthier & taking each day as it comes.. no pressure on myself.. I’m only actually aiming for 5 lb a month .. not hard at all.. kirsty is never gonna get this stone off!!!

She’s so annoying! I’m a big girl but I’ve been in a calorie deficit every day this week and worked out every evening despite the heat and I’m 5lbs off! Honestly we all swell in heat but if you eat well you WILL lose

me too.....I’m 5ft 5, very bottom heavy and started at 17st 2.4lbs 10 days ago. I’ve been in a calorie deficit every day, walked at least 12k steps every day and managed to weighted hula hoop for minimum 15 minutes on 7 of those 10 days and today I am 16st 11lbs. Oh and my period turned up on Sunday too.
 
She needs to go and see the hygienist at her dentist before trying to whiten them! Her teeth are disgusting with build up of plaque between every tooth! Can’t wait to see the close ups or before and afters lol! You need a scale and polish Kirsty
Exactly. Whitening them is the least of her worries - she needs a double appointment with the hygienist first!

Her latest post of 3 drinks... “vitamins and minerals to help support with a busy lifestyle” is she on crack? duck. If her lifestyle is busy now, Christ on a bike if she ever manages to get herself a job again (LOL) or settles down!! #thirstykirsty
Swear to god if she had posted that last night when I got in from work absolutely knackered, I’d have smashed my phone!!!
 
It was before Xmas she got made redundant wasn’t it.... so out of work 8/8.5 months now! How can she not feel ashamed! There’s plenty of work out there but guessing it’s not on Harley Street 🙄 makes me laugh how she sets her alarm early like Kirsty you’ve got nothing but time! Then when she says she’s knackered and needs a rest day I really laugh my arse off! Like 1 hour of exercise exhausts her. Such a big fat sponge in more ways than 1
