I think they are being so so silly with the amount they are showing. I have no real interest in KL and I found it in only four steps. I’m a good detective but this wasn't a hard find and literally anyone could find it if they wanted.

surprised they’ve said they’re doing a ‘full Reno’ when it’s a grade 2 listed building - surely they will be limited to what they can do? Looks haunted AF too

It’s listed as well so they will be restricted on what they want to do to make it nicer. It’s tiny as well

very odd choice of house, not what i'd expect either of the to like tbh!
I think it’s clearly what Grace likes as it’s a similar type of house to what her family appear to live in. As we all know with KL she morphs herself in to whoever she is with in order to please them, she will do anything to keep them.
Why have they bought that for 250k when it’s tiny and they know full well they’re probably going to start having kids (with how fast paced they are) in the next 2/3 years? It does not make any sense to me and like all of her decisions, seems very, very rushed.
