I wish I'd seen the video where she called him out as a psychopath 😃 apparently he threatened her with legal action. I think he dumped her, as she seemed devestated cancelling all the wedding arrangements, and it seemd like she had to do all of that work, he carried on living with her throughout as it was easier for him, and cheaper for him! She spoke about still cooking meals for him after the dumping in a video, wemt on and on about still being friends 😅😅😅 and best of all he started dating almost immediately, and stayed overnight at various womens places while Katie stewed alone at the shared flat. Nice guy! I think he did gaslight her a fair bit over that breakup. 😢

G though, i can't warm to him he's got that supercilious attitude of a man 10 years older than Katie, which granted is what he is, but i can see him making decisions, and her going along with it blindly. Sort of like she did before. ..
 
Was his name Andrew the guy she was engaged to? I was honestly really shocked when they split they’d been together a while and I thought they were really well suited. Both indie types that thought they were ~photographers~. I think he was in a band too?
 
'G' is so awkward and dull and it's so apparent they're incompatible. When they're constantly calling each other 'babe' it seems so forced and makes me cringe. And Katie just laughs like a child at everything he says and does. Come on, Katie, he's not the one. You've lost yourself in this relationship.
 
In her last vlog he’s saying about pain in his abdomen and she’s just laughing at him and saying it’s not this that and the other... nice!
 
I honestly don’t mind him, but maybe because I’ve only really started watching her videos when they first started dating so don’t really know what she was like before. The only thing that disturbs me is the height difference, it’s insane! 🤣🤣
 
I like Katie but her weird "trying to be sexy" finger in her stories this morning is just so awkward.

I used to really like Katie. Started watching her just after she broke off her engagement. I think what I liked most is that she didn't seem like a carbon copy of absolutely every other youtuber out there. She had hobbies outside of her work and her style and interests were less mainstream. She filmed herself doing really normal things with her non-youtube friends like cooking dinner etc. and was just super normal but had enough going on in her life to make her vlogs intersting buuut since she got with G I just cant stand her. Its the constant baby-voice and giggling. Plus I am disgusted by how much she hoards in her house (all the PR stuff like make up for example.) one person never needs that much and I honestly find it shocking that 'influencers' don't do more to distribute the excess to those less fortunate.

She just seems super entitled and just like every other youtuber now. I think she used to make a bit more effort on her channel- i really liked her dates with kate and when she showed good date ideas around london, BUT before she blames coronavirus for her repetitive content, there had been a noticeable shift in what she was putting out

Exact same. Never used to miss a vlog, now I would never click on her videos and have unfollowed her on social media. Just can’t take her simpering and baby voice. Glad she found a nice partner etc but why did she need to change everything about herself
