The thing is no one cares what she actually eats or drinks, like you do you gurl, but it’s just the oblivious (and uneducated) moaning about the skin and bloat.

She even said it the other day.. she had chickpeas and was like RIP my stomach. Um, then don’t eat chickpeas you knoob, or do but shut up about it. Guess she wouldn’t have any content if she wasn’t moaning about something.

She implied she'd been using the whole routine from hirons' latest money grabbing kit which is a bleeping stupid thing to do in any instance - if you use 8 new products at once you've got no idea what's affecting your skin positively or negatively - and also there's way too many actives that she should not be using with skin and me. so either she's lying about using them or lying about skin and me. she's pathetic.

You guys, I was wondering though if she might actually be restricting calories during the day so she can binge out when her and G go out or order in. She is still very small, considering how much she allegedly eats! She does the circus once a week and the occasional Peloton ride, this is not enough exercise to explain how she stays so petite. Unless she gets her exercise in the bedroom 🤭 but there is just no chemistry between the two of them 😏 She sleeps in many days so she might just skip breakfast, have a lean sandwich for lunch, or a cookie and a Deliveroo Costa that her mumma kindly ordered for her, and then binge on chocolate, booze and meat in the evening. I don't know! Just an idea but what do you guyz think?

Most recent vlog:
She air fries a chicken. The reason for it is that G and her like a sandwich with a meat filling for lunch.
(Also, as someone mentioned above, do you remember when she lived by herself, and then with friends, and would have a soup for lunch, or a plate of salad, falafel and veggie things for lunch?)
But the ready meat slices are expensive.
😱
Well, they might be if you just buy like 3 slices of Tesco's Finest honey roast ham. (do they even shop at Tesco anymore?) But I can't believe that in a cosmopolitan city such as London there isn't a friendly local deli, or an international shop, that sells ham and other meats by weight? Lots of places will slice it up for you there and then so you can buy only what you need. It's fresh, you can buy as little as you like (so get like 5 slices if you can't afford more) and you're supporting a local business.
(I also cringe super hard when she says these days that something is expensive. She goes out more times in one month than most of us do in a year but then is super stingy with random things like this).
Anyway. Another reason why she air fries the chicken is because the other meats come in excessive plastic packaging. Again, Katie, try and find a local deli! A lot of them use paper for wrapping the meat slices but some also let you bring your own Tupperware to put the meat in once it's been sliced and weighed.

Later in the vlog, she proceeds to show her weekly shop from Aldi, with everything packaged in plastic. So cooking the chicken for environmental reasons was kinda pointless 😜 Don't get me wrong, I shop at Aldi but mostly try and get things in bottles and tins, and then get my bread from the bakery and veggies from the market - either in brown paper bags, or I just use a cotton shopper for veg and fruit.

Lastly, she talks about leaving poor Morris at home on the bonfire night because her and G are off for a date night. She plans to leave Classic FM on as they play soothing music for pets but...
Has it cross your little mind Kathleen not to go out that one time if you are so concerned about Morris' welfare?

There was something else but I can't remember and need to go to bed now 😂
G probably takes at least two packets of meat slices in his sandwiches so the chicken is so he can have more, a lot more meat. It helps to gives his complexion that pinky look. So if we think four packs of ham or whichever meat Geoff wants (two packets per person each day for the gruesome twosome) times that by five, as they eat out at the weekends then they might be getting through twenty packs a week?! The fancier ones at waitrose are £3.50 for a three slice pack... so could be, possibly be, looking at £70 a week. Then there is the artisan sourdough loaf (no essential ready sliced bread - eww) artisan condiments (no budget own brand ketchup etc.) the artisan crisps (no own brand salt and vinegar for these two self proclaimed foodies) add in a fancy coffee and cake ordered off deliveroo as a daily treat, maybe another £15 or so per person, plus of course they should tip the driver but with she seems tight so who knows.

Possibly G wants all that stuff kindly gifted now he has had a taste of the influencer gravy train.

She should just make a soup out of the leftovers or a bean and lentil stew in the slow cooker, tell him there it is, take it or leave it mate. Save the air fried chicken for Morris, poor wee thing needs a treat after living with those adult children.

Most people learnt to live off a budget when they first left home but, this will obviously be a distant memory for the G unit, who now seems to treat every meal as if he were the Tudor monarch himself. Brace yourself for gout in ooooh, say five years time.

This is a problem with many couples. My friend always says she'd like to eat more vegetarian, eat more tofu, a nice Indian curry with paneer etc. but her partner won't eat such things. It annoys me that she won't just cook these things for herself. It's not like he's gonna go hungry, he's a grown man who can cook pretty well himself, or he can order something if he can't be bothered to cook. I am vegetarian; my boyfriend would prefer to eat more meat, but he is too lazy to cook his own dinner so he eats my veggie inventions and sometimes just has a ham sandwich afterwards if the veggie meal didn't do it for him 😅 Or we make sure he has some leftover chicken, or some prawns to add to the veggie dish. He also likes trying veggie meat replacements and recently got me some of the "this isn't" bacon, and he was like, "Well, we'll all have to eat this plant bacon one day so I better start getting used to it now" 😄 There are certain things that he won't eat, but he doesn't make a fuss, just makes his own dinner and everyone is happy.

Sounds like my house :) I generally do the cooking but won't plan around my partner. If he doesn't like what I've made he can find something else!

It hurts my head that she went through that roaccutane process only to treat her skin like this now. There's forums full of people discussing their post-roaccutane skincare and the general consensus seems to be that keeping it simple is best. It's genuinely frustrating watching her use so many active ingredients, changing her skincare constantly, consuming things that can trigger acne and then saying 'guyssss, I'm getting spots on my chinnnnn and I don't know whyyy' ☹

Off topic but I need to be more like you guys!!! I do all of the cooking and I'd prefer to eat more vegetarian but my partner does not. He can cook his own meals from now on 😂
You go girl 🤩🤩🤩

Guys, what happened to the period pants review? I swear someone asked about it in a Q&A weeeeeeeeks ago and she said it was coming next week.....?
I wondered about it to. Kate, if you're reading this, please upload the video tonight. Ta!

(But also yeah maybe she was going to upload it last week but the Love Honey sponsored a video and this little sellout decided to do the sponsored video instead. It's funny though, she says all the time how she spends her working days editing videos but we never seem to see the fruits of her labour 🙄 I miss the days when youtubers just uploaded spontaneously rather than once a week. You filmed a video and are happy with it? Just upload it. No-one cares what day of the week you do it as long as it's a nice video).

You definitely should! My partner has always been open to whatever I want to cook, since he knows he’s a rubbish cook, but isn’t keen to go completely vegetarian. My two year old doesn’t like eating most meat which gives me a good excuse to cook more vegetarian meals 😂

I think YouTube works on algorithms so that’s why they post on the same days

god she’s such a cow. Can’t watch her anymore
Lol just seen she’s deleted the girls comment!

What will she do now though? Will she stop showing as much content of her meals that include dairy/meat/choc and will she hold back on the booze content?
But the again her style is now going towards London date nights which usually include indulgent food and drinks… 🤷🏼‍♀️ and we all know she takes any alcohol based job going!

On the period pants reviews, I already started using some after xameliax who was SO thorough in her reviews, really useful. Hopefully Katie hasn’t just used them on one cycle and then reviewed. I do think you need a few cycles to be able to do a proper review.

Hahaha she just posted it!! You've been heard 🙌🙌🙌

Katie wears the period pants straight off the hanger, despite the instructions clearly being to wash them before wearing (I also bought these pants and personally I'd always wash underwear before wearing it if it's been in a shop anyway). So they won't have been as absorbant for their first use/ this video. Great effort and top planning as always.

ETA I'm not sure what I expected but I didn't think the video was that informative, it just seemed to be her filming random snippets when she remembered. The whole thing about trying the period pants so we don't have to would have been more useful if she had compared them to other brands (which she already uses). I've searched and she's never done a video about any other brand of period pants, so maybe trying and comparing several ones so we don't have to would have been more helpful? I'm more likely to take a risk on some £13 multipack pants than some £25 a pair ones, so as a viewer it makes much more sense for someone to review the more expensive ones. Does that make sense or am I being nitpicky?

Yeah agreed, personally I’d actually love an informative video reviewing period pants as I genuinely am interested in getting some soon. However I’m not going to spend the money on them until I have seen a good review of them.
It’s such a shame Katie doesn’t put the work and effort into her videos as there is an audience for it that she’s missing.

I’ve not been on this thread for ages because Katie is so boring (not you guys though! 😭)
Sorry if this is off topic but did she seriously get gifted a MFing sofa?!

god she’s such a cow. Can’t watch her anymore

The thing is, it’s not any of our business what she eats or drinks, no one would give a toss if 80% of her content (therefore workload) wasn’t her whinging about how she doesn’t know why her skin is breaking out!
People are just trying to help or they’re sick of listening to you moan Kath! Why ask if you don’t want to be told?!

And the other 20% (probably more) of her content is about what/where she’s eating/drinking, so it’s hardly surprising people are going to draw links between the two!
