I have not read the previous thread regarding the vide and anything that was posted about it so apologies if I am repeating what other people have said.

Covid protocols still exist in hospitals so unless the patient is vulnerable or a child they will attend A&E on their own. They are not going to have management or hangers on present in the hospital. Additionally filming in an emergency department would be pretty hard pre pandemic never mind just now.

Ok, but it’s easy to imagine the chaos she created in A&E whereby forcing staff to allow Kirsty to stay, or by playing the sleb card to get special treatment . Kirsty could have easily recorded without the staff knowing.

i really hope this is true and that the recording released. As much as I don’t like her, she needs help, and her getting help will help those innocent parties that are effected (affected?) by her actions. I mean her kids, and Kieran and Michelle’s kids, and Peter and Emily’s kids and Sophie’s kid - all who are indirectly effected by the chaos, trauma and stress that she causes their parents.

So the little ones WERE there when he clouted it then? Kieron needs to stop the thing having those kids except at a contact centre, oh and the fact it seems Management recorded all its screeching for future reference one might think then that because Management refused to give it the recordings when it changed it's mind over the "Assault" that it sacked them over it.

It all rings true as the ambulance called the police when Katie was with Kirsty.Katie apparently said that Carl punched her, she fell down and he stamped on her face. He also took her ring. She said at the hospital that she wasn’t in control of her life anymore.

I’m just saying what I have been told, so take it as you will.

But I’m inclined to believe the police account.

Thanks for this info! In view of this how can the police possibly let it go when he is clearly a menace to women - even skanky FGS!

So, if Kieran went to collect the two younger children that evening, who called him? Or was he due to do so anyway? Even though it was the summer holidays, it seems way too late at night for a routine collection.
And if he arrived at the house - I wonder what his assessment of the situation would have been? There's not much love lost between him and Katie, but would he have left her on her own with Carl if things were kicking off and dangerous? Or would he have scooped up his kids and got the hell out?
Seems odd to me, but I think the general confusion all-round is what Katie is revelling in.

Frankly I'd have left the thing to get on with it.
Kieron's priority was and is his children whereas skanky's is Herself and ME ME ME, much like it ever was

We all know how Kp exaggerates everything. I get that they had a massive row fueled by booze and coke. He slapped her and took the ring back. I don't think he stamped on her face. That kind of evidence surely would not need for the bail to be extended. Stamping on someone's face is going to cause a lot of damage hence why Kirsty filmed it for evidence. That would sure be enough to charge him. It isn't any wonder why Kirsty and KP have parted company. Its possible that Kirsty has had the experience of DV herself or with a close friend/family member and was trying to do the best thing to get him convicted. I always thought the white car was Kieran collecting his children.
