The blue badge is through the council you show them your dwp letter and they give you the badge,your doctor isn’t involved in this Registered disabled what the duck does that mean skanky.

If you aren't in receipt of PiP you can get a GP note to support a need for a blue badge, but, blue badges can also only be issued for 12 months at a time if you aren’t in receipt of pip.
